| Anyone have a puppy this big?? Dubby will be 6 months old in two days. He weighs a whopping 11 pounds. I have no clue how much more Dubby I'll get in the next 6 months! He looks like a normal puppy until you see him next to my average sized adult Yorkie! He is almost twice her size. |

| Welcome to YT, Dubby is just beautiful, yep, he's gonna be a BIG boy lol. My now passed girl as an adult weighed 17 Lbs. We do have members with large adult yorkies, it will be interesting to see what Dubby's weight will be as an adult being at 6 months and weighing a whopping 11 lbs. I LOVE the larger yorkies, my adopted boy is 12Lbs, tiny to me compared to my 17 Lb girl that left me at 17 yo. Have fun with this baby.

| They're both super adorable. Love Dubby's paws!!! Heisenberg is 10.5lbs & is a year old, he may have stopped growing although he's got longer limbs compared to average-sized yorkies.

| He is sooooooooo cute! I love it when they are a bit bigger than normal. You don't have to worry about them getting hurt as much. My boy is 6 months and 8.2lbs at the moment

| He is so cute! Looks just like our Max who is the same age only triple his weight. Your guy is as big as our adult shih tzus. At least he's less likely to get hurt. Max was messing around on the bed last night and flew off backwards. He looked embarrassed as he asked to get back up and was shaking his head. Must of hit it on the nightstand as he took a swan dive! |

| Both of your babies are adorable; however, I just want to squeeze Dubby! He is so cute and looks so sweet. Funny, we took Zeus and Perseus to Petsmart Sunday to get their nails ground. They brought a girl Yorkie named Charlie out for us to meet, because they said Zeus and Perseus were trying to play with her. She was 8 lbs and six months old! I almost fell out. Zeus is almost 2 and weighs 5 lbs even. Perseus is almost 9 months old and weighs 5.4 lbs. She was huge compared to my boys. Love that big boy with all you've got! |

| Large Yorkie My vet gave this rule of thumb double their weight at 3 months to set an estimate of their adult weight it worked for my Yorkie |

| I think Dubby is actually a Silky Terrier, not a Yorkie. I breed Silky Terriers, though the breeds look similar they have many differences. Size is the most noticeable, Silkies are bigger in stature and much more muscular. |

Find out how big your Yorkshire Terrier puppy will grow - Puppy Weight Estimates Dubby is lovely, by the way. Yorkies clearly come in all shapes and sizes, and we love them for who they are. In this case, size really DOESN'T matter! | |
