The black spots do grow black hair but since she has so much white hair, it covers up the black.

I've been keeping Deuce in the Joey Cut. Last November I did a Scissor clip on his legs since I was having a real difficult time with ticks. Over the winter his coat came back and now his legs are quite full again. I shaved his body last month but I do miss his long coat.
