What a beautiful place to live my girls would love to stroll on the beach everyday.

I think I'm gonna have to make a trip down there and meet you sometime. I LOVE the beach! My oldest wants to be a marine biologist, but I have never had the opportunity to take her to the beach. And since traveling is so hard for me it's still hard to plan a trip. Hopefully this summer I'll be able to take her. I love the beach pics.

How about that show on, where they buy houses alot and remodel them and sell them~ most of it takes place on James Island.. can't remember the name of the show, " Sell this house " I think..Love that show.

I LOVE that show!!! Its called Flip This House and the company is called Trademark Properties. They buy houses all over South Carolina, but they talk about being from Charleston.

They did a show on a house they bought near my parents in the Upstate.

Val-your photography keeps getting better and better!! I love the first two in both sets. The little starfish would make awesome note cards!

Edited to add: And the first one of Sully would make a great poster for his fan club!! "Life's a Beach!" or something along those lines!

Sometimes, the tide is down so low that it seems like you could wade from one island to another! (But the riptide is really bad and swimming is a BAD idea. They fine you $500 if you swim here.) When the tide is low, THIS is the spot to "treasure hunt". We've found horseshoe crabs, starfish, and many different kinds of shells. And where there's a treasure hunt for us, there is an endless and intriguing number of smells for Sully to investigate!
