Nope, no luck with the deer It's just been too hot this season. It was in the 90's during the day and so the deer only move at night. I know some of you may not agree with hunting deer, but my hubby has hunted all his life he IS a serious redneck. We eat every single bit of venison he hunts - I don't have to buy much beef at all. Venison is extremely lean and healthy. The season goes for a couple more weeks - hope we have a cold snap because my freezer is seriously in need of some meat!
