Yes she does smile! You can't see it as much in this picture, but I have so many pictures of her where she has a big smile on her face! It is precious. And your boys do sound like Lilly Anne. She is so just whatever about everything and every time i try to get pictures of her she has this face like "mom please I don't want any pictures" . They definitely have their own little personalities!
