| New puppy is she full yorkie ? Hi we just got Molly a week ago. I am wondering if she is a purebred yorkie. She was sold to me as purebred. Now I find her brothers who were once listed As yorkies are now listed as papkies. I contacted the breeder and she says another breeder looked at them and thinks they are papkies and that her papillion must have got to her but that she believes my puppy is full yorkie with another dad. Is this possible and what is your opinion do you think she looks pure yorkie? |

| I won't hazard a guess as I have been wrong before. She is absolutely adorable no matter what. You can buy a DNA test and have your vet send it in for proof. Amazon.com: Wisdom Panel 2.0 Breed Identification... or Mars Veterinary Wisdom Panel 2 Breed Identification DNA Test Kit | Overstock.com for example.

| She is cute. But by just looking, she could very well be a mix.

| I agree she looks like she could be a mix. The size of the ears and the snout remind me of a papillon , but I could be wrong. There are many yorkies here that look mixed, and then DNA tests come back showing pure, so you really wouldn't know without that test. |

| Thanks everyone. I have decided to do the DNA test. Will let you know when I get the results! Either way I still love her but will need some money refunded if she not a pure bred! |

| Yea....if she sold her to you as a purebred, you definitely are within your rights to ask for your money back. She sure is a cutie either way!! |

| If you do a DNA test, I suggest you let the vet do it....do the blood test. I have heard of some really wacky results with the other test that you buy yourself. Your pup is adorable no matter whether full bred yorkie or not.
