| messy hoarder So I'm trying to go to bed, but the furry hoarder has already started his bedtime collection. We have a squeeky toy, a fluffy toy, a bone, a partially eaten paper towel and a bandaid wrapper. Does anyone else have to deal with hoarder collections in the bed? Oh, and a spare car key would also be in the collection if I hadn't traded for it.

| I've always got to clear off a couple of chewies and a toy or two at the foot of the bed or up by the pillows before I turn down the bed. Tibbe hides his goodies all day long and by night-time, the bed has its share. My whole day consists of finding his treasures hidden here and there, but mostly in the den. But it's definitely not good enough for his belongings to stay in the toy basket or just all over the den - they must be distributed about the house and the bed is a favorite site. I wonder if he's planting them about in case he gets bored or really thinks they are hidden or secreted away or what. Mostly they are in plain sight.

| What makes even less sense is all of that stuff is on top of the covers but Huey has already done the swan dive under the covers and is laid up against my stomach with his head on my knee pillow and everytime I move I can hear him give a big sigh like "would you quit moving already?"

| That is so funny. Heidi always has to take a bone or a fluffy toy to bed every night, sometimes both. But she doesn't collect so much stuff, like you mentioned. When she carries her bone up though, she usually doesn't carry it at the right angle and it gets stuck on her bed stairs. She'll drop it, climb up on the bed and start jumping around like she's saying, "Get it for me, get it for me!" I'll toss it up and she'll chew on the bone as fast as she can for like 2 minutes, and then lays down to go to sleep. She's a good sigher too, she's not a happy camper if you move very much.

| Too funny!!! I do not have this cute little problem because my bed is to high for Hannah to get on and off by herself...even with stairs. Our nightly ritual consist of her under the covers giving me a bath and then gently gnawing on my finger until she goes to sleep( I think it's a security thing for her). When she wakes up after about an hr. she gets put in her stroller right by my bed where she sleeps until morning. Her nite nite toys stay in her stroller.

| Very funny. Tiki sometimes stashes her fav toy Hedgehog in my bed. It is rather startling because it's fur is stiff from being chewed on, and from being left out in the rain then dried. I thought it was a dead rat once. EEk. Kayla brings in leaves to chew on the sofa... nice for fall (not).
