Then if she was still willing to speak with me I would ask her what her nationality her ancestors were. Like most people she would say oh I'm (I'll use me as an example) I'm American Indian, Croatian, and German. To which I would promptly replay well you don't look like any of those so guess your not either since what the opinion of someone's appearance dictates what they are or are not.

Then I would have told her to kiss my )(#%&)# again.

Sorry, think I forgot to add that despite I'm in VA, I was actually born and raised in NJ. Us Jersey Girls will tell anyone exactly what they think at the drop of a hat and not break a sweat.

BTW your PURE yorkie is beautiful, and a beautiful color.

My Tiki is very light too. Actually she was that light at 1 and around 2 she got a little darker silver on her back.

I love our light colored pure bred Yorkies, and some know-it-alls need to mind their own business and not show off their ignorance.

She knows nothing about Yorkies and coloring....she proved it when she made that stupid remark. You should have told her it would be better for her to stand quietly with her mouth shut and just have people THINK she is uninformed, than to open her mouth and remove all doubt. Your baby is beautiful and her coloring is completely normal.

oh dear, Abby has been pretending to be a yorkie for the last 7 months, oh my word. Abby is the exact same colouring as your pup And Both her parents were yorkies!!!!! Some people just make a person sick.

Tell her to shut her pie hole She's beautiful and pure Yorkie! They come in all different colors Georgie and my nieces Yorkies are different colors and have a different look to their faces BUT both are all Yorkie.

I'm new to the Yorkshire Terrier Breed, however I was reading the history of the first Yorkshire Terrier Champions and the desired colors were originally silver and gold. The colors were changed later to the darker steel gray (or blue) and gold in the AKC Breed Club standard of today.

My yorkie is the same color! People claim that my male yorkie who is purely black and tan is not purebred even though he has papers is 1.5 years old already and he even has his DNA tested since he is a stud dog!
