| Shouldn't his coat be longer? So I double checked Bentley's Birthday and its December 6,2012. Making him nearly 6 months. Yet his coat is not as long as most others I have seen on here..... The Breeder was basically horrible to make the long story short. Wondering if she lied about the birthdate? Have hears of this happening to make puppy look smaller. Bentley is my baby and the curiosity kills me!! Thank you guys!! Last edited by Bentleysmommie; 04-25-2013 at 08:10 PM. |

| Don't know how old he was when you got him so is it possible he was trimmed? Maybe had some matting going on and they trimmed him? His coat looks fine to me. I'm no expert by any means but he looks to be around the same as Mandie's 6 month pics.

| I pulled up some pics of Huey at exactly 6 months old and I think the hair is about the same length as Bently's. Huey had been to the groomer once and his ears and face had been trimmed, but the body was untouched from what I remember. (In the first pic, he did not eat the entire Simba, just chewed off the tail, but I love that pic!)

| I agree Bentley looks just perfect for 6 months Georgie's hair was longer but my nieces Yorkie's hair was shorter at 6 months. I think it just depends.
