| Both, Alfie and Lottie have full tails. I love when they are sleeping and the very end of their tails wags very fast ,it makes me think they are just so happy

| I LOVE tails! Both of my pups are rescues. So I didn't have a choice in the matter when I got them. But I'm getting a little girl in June from a breeder & I asked my breeder to keep her tail. Here's my little Prima at 4 weeks old...

| I wanted to say thank you all so much for showing me your little ones with full tails and reassuring me. They are all adorable, and now I am positive not only it is not an issue but it is a good feature. I already love my Lili, she is our Lily now, and we couldn't change our minds for something like that, but I must admit I was a bit shocked to start up with when the breeder told us. It's gonna be great! roll on April !!! wanna hold my little girl! |

| Lola has about the longest tail I have ever seen on a small dog, she is mixed with Pom so that is why her tail was not docked (thankfully) It is a good thing that when walking and playing she carries it high up and and cascades over her back. If it stuck straight out it could easily get caught in a closing door or be stepped on. After it started measuring longer than her body I started trimming it since she was starting to hang on the ground even when she carried it high up. It's hard to get a picture of how she carries it. Having four purbreds yorkies with docked tails I was also taken aback when I found out her's was not, but now if I could help it I would not have a yorkie with a docked tail. there are some more photos of her on my profile and I think some of them show her tail. . I can't wait to see pics of your new puppy, congrats and welcome to Yorkie Talk
