I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Merrick brand also gets short strings, I think they are the beef fibers, I don't mind them, I think they act a little like dental floss when they try to pull a piece off. I've never had any problems with the stringy stuff setting up like chewing guy though. I think I'd try a different brand if mine did that. Teeka is such an adorable little girl.

| I give Bronco (6 months) bully sticks made in Independance, IA too. The brand is True Chews. Once his saliva softens the bully stick, they do get stringy and if he eats them on the couch there tends to be little pieces all over. But I haven't had any problems with it getting caught in his hair or him choking on it. Eventually the stick gets smaller and once it's about 2 inches long, I'll take it away from him as he could get the whole stick in his mouth. I've also heard some bully sticks tend to really smell and these don't smell at all. I'm really happy with this brand. |

| She is absolutely beautiful. Don't have that much issues with the sticks. I also have an elk horn for Bentley that I got a Pet Co. He alternates back and forth on them.
