Zachary's Mom Donating Member | My baby is almost 9 mths old! Here is a picture of Zachary taken today. He is growing so quickly. I know this has been discussed multiple times before but none of the suggestions have worked and I refuse to buy some chemical for the gunk in Zach's eyes. Has anyone come up with another idea that has worked? I can scrub his eyes in the AM and by nite time they are a mess again. Louise |

| Zachary is just a doll!!! Bogie had horrible tear and gunk stains when he was younger. He still gets some eye gunk, but no staining. I switched to grain free food and use gerber baby water. I don't know if that is what helped or if he just out grew it?? I would never use chemicals either.

| What are you feeding him? I know the food my two are on directly correlates to the amount of eye boogers.

I vary his food. When one bag of puppy food is gone, I start a different brand. He gets VERY bored and won't eat for days if he gets sick of the one he is eating. I am not really sure what food he is on now since my DH feeds the dogs (except for Saturday when I fed them and dropped a heavy dog bowl on my toe....ouch). I might try distilled or drinking water. I can't afford baby water for all 6 kids. Thanks for the advice and for all the compliments! Louise and Zachary | |
