Geez, Buddy looks grown up already! I'm surprised the groomer let him come into her shop. Usually they have to have proof that they are up to date on their shots. I really hope he doesn't get sick. |

I have to agree! I am suprised the Groomer didn't ask about shots, because he is so young. Buddy is still a doll though. He will learn to go to the bathroom outside, if you keep doing it. It might take him awhile because he is so young. Maybe he was paper trained? |
Today was the first time my mom walked Buddy and she said shes going to buy him a harness, because the collar is annoying. xD Also I told her that they have sensative trachias (sorry I probably mispelled that horrible). I so badly wanted to say I told you so :p |
He is starting to go potty outside now! I think he learned from his big brother LOL :D |

Buddy's ears have been standing well but today one of his ears is floppy As far as I'm aware nothing happened to it should I be worried? |
Nope from what I understand they can stand up and then be floppy at such a young age. There are different threads on here to help them stand up. I have to be honest thought I have seen them stand and flop and gosh floppy ears are soooooo stinkin cute!!!!! |

Buddy wasn't eating much of the food his breeder had him on so we added a few pieces of his new food mixed into it and he went nuts for it! We're going to slowly transition so it doesn't upset his tummy. Wellness food has never been turned down by any of my dogs or cats! lol |
If your mom hasnt bought the harness yet, I'd tell her to get a no pull one-either an Easy walk, a freedom harness, or a sensation harness if he will fit into any of those. They really help teach the dog to walk appropriately on a leash. |

I have another question guys! lol I saw that it was reccomended to get scissor type nail clippers. I found these online, theyre cat claw trimmers. Would these be okay? Theyre cheaper, so if theyre the same thing, I figured we'd get these. Petco Cat Claw Nail Scissors at PETCO Or is it just better to get the dog ones? |
I would get dog clippers. Cat clippers are lighter weight |

Also, you are so right. Buddy is learning from big brother. I totally credit Mandie's brother with housebreaking her (and teaching her to sit lol). They watch and want to do what the other, older dogs do. ;) |
More pictures! LOL I am the queen of taking pictures so be prepared! :D Buddy is doing great. His crate came in the mail today. He barked when in the cat carrier at night, so hopefully the crate will be better for him. My mom went to a thrift store (I love this thrift store; its all donations and 100% of sales go to the local no kill animal shelter that I volunteer at) and found a harness and a small Kong toy for $1 each! The harness doesnt seem to fit right, the belly part is too small and the neck part is too big (and yes, we did put it on correctly! lol) so shes going to take him to the pet store and try them on. He really loves the kong toy too, hopefully it will help him go in the crate at night. Heres a picture of him laying in DeeOhJee's bed (do you think it's big enough? lol) but no, seriously. this bed is for like a german shepherd or a huge dog. http://i1254.photobucket.com/albums/...7/buddy005.jpg In my room, I have a white stand by the window for the cats to sit on and watch the birds. There is a bean bag chair right next to it. So Buddy climbed up the bean bag chair, and barked at birds out the window. He also barked at nothing. xD http://i1254.photobucket.com/albums/...7/buddy007.jpg |
