| how do you take your yorkies pic? I was wondering how you all get your yorkie to look at the camera, or even sit still to take the pic? I have seen so many amazing pictures and I just wish I could take some of my own baby ozzy. He wont sit still or wont look towards the camera no matter what. Also any creative "poses" for the pictures? |

| Pretty easy. I ask him..."Do you want a bone?" and he stares at me or does the head tilt. He's recently been getting keen on my antics though. I might have to change it up soon. Sooo technically I bribe him.

| Yea its really easy i just get a treat in my hand and tell him to sit... he sits and i hold the treat above the camera... and of course he stares the treat down so while he's doing that i snap a few pictures and it give the illusion (sometimes) that he's looking at the camera!! Thats how I get Max to look at the camera. I bribe also!

| I use squeaky toys and believe it or not, put them on my head. Lol. Works like a charm. Mine get to excited if I try any kind of treat. They will not sit still at all if a treat is involved. Also, I take many many pictures to get just a few good ones.

| My newest trick, since Princess only has fruit or veggies for a treat, is I'll hold the treat in my mouth. Then she's staring dead at me, of course. I'll also say "what are you doing?" to her that means "hmm, what am I doing? I better listen up" & I get her attention. It's usually just luck though, and I have tons of pics of her sleeping.

| We use the commands "sit" and "stay" and sometimes even "down" for certain pictures. They are command words we use pretty much everyday and everywhere so to take pictures has become a snap. lots of treats for good paricipation too. And when we wan her to tilt her head, while shes sitting we ask her "whos the good girl? are you the good girl?" in a high pitched voice and she tilts her head at us then we tell her shes the good girl and we give her a treat.. When she was younger we just waited till she was tired to take come of our best pictures. Good luck! |

| I say "Where's Daddy? or Cookie??? or Kitty? or Gramma??? or Sissey?" All with a question mark on the end. But it only works if he is in the mood.

| If Callie is pretty much on any type of furniture she stays pretty still but if I take to many pictures she will stop looking at me or to me. My moms yorkie Sammy it is terribly hard to get a picture of him because he seems to be moving all the time.
