| I'm concerned you may have a serial killer on your hands. I would warn the other stuffed animals to be on the look out for Max. |

| The evidence is circumstancial. Where are the eye witnesses? Look closely in picture #4 - Max looks truly aggrieved for the injuries sustained by Bob. It is the defense's stand that Max was FRAMED! |

| Maybe Bob was the one who WANTED some body sculpting. How could such a little angel intentionally do damage????

| I suggest both Bob and Max lawyer-up and not talk to anyone. There seems to be alot of finger pointing going on here.

| I showed the pics to my Max - a true jury of your Max's peer. My Max said clearly Bob must have pinched his tongue or some other offense and probably had it coming. At the most, Max was guilty of over play. Punishment - a new stuff in free toy. My Max suggests the Mini-Skinneeez - specifically the raccoon. |

| I have 2-stuff toy killers also. We learned the hard way, no stuffing for me 2. I keep my bros 2-dogs (1-min pin, 1-datson) you should have seen the mess they made the first time I left them. They destroyed their sleep pillow that went into their crate. It was not a small one either. |

| Oh, Jilly always looked sorry after she had slayed her latest toy - usually a brand new one barely an hour or two old - but slay it she did, with the greatest efficiency and dispatch once she settled down in her bed with her new prize! She was so little - the runt of her litter - and weighed in just over 3 lbs. full grown and so delicate looking. But she was a true toy assassin at heart and obviously felt it was her sole job in life to shred whatever the latest and greatest toy was. As long as a toy had any squeal at all left in it, she was frenzied in her haste to desqueak it and worked over it with her little shoulders hunched up and her back legs widespread apart as if her own life depended on how quickly she could dispose of it! But once it was squeakless and shredded into several parts, she would sit back and look up as if to say, "Well, what in the world happened to my toy?" and turn her innocent-looking little eyes on me with such question in them! Occasionally she would play with the pieces for a while longer but soon she was up and off to conquer new worlds and I would collect the toy pieces and dispose of them, acutely aware of the dollars I was trashing only hours after placing the toy in my basket at the store! But kill them she would and buy her new ones I would - just so I could watch her go through the obvious enjoyment of tearing that thing to shreds! She was a born and bred toykiller from her puppyhood, little and dainty though she was. I never understood why such a little lady in all her other ways ever lived to trash toys the way she did!
