You Know my first 3 yorkies hated being dressed up, My little Abbey has a faux leather jacket and would literally freeze on the spot and refused to go anywhere with it on!
They all did not like to wear anything including bows. Is it something they get used to?I told my daughter today I was looking at a dress for my new baby "Miley" and she said "mom dogs don't wear dresses!".
So do your girls mind wearing them, I'm sure it's great to keep them warm too.
Only you guys would understand....

I always said I would never do it - but it was cold here when I got Bridget and she was so little, I thought she'd freeze - so that was the start of it all... a little pink sweater - then came a dress - then the ruffle harness (s)...lol. I don't normally dress them when we're in the house staying home - I figure they're more comfortable "au natural", and their hair goes in a "scrunchie"...just like momma (the scrunchie part..lol) ! But when we go some place I always have them on a leash, so they would need to wear a harness and I figure it may as well be pretty! So for my girls it's a clue that they're going out - and they LOVE to go out! And...there are so many great designers that its hard to choose just one!
Good luck - I'm sure once you get started we'll be seeing lots of pictures of Miley making all the bows and dresses look great!

Thanks for that, I think you will see lots of pic of her too! Can't wait til May/June and in the mean time I will keep an eye and credit card with me at all times!!

<<<is so guilty of mocking ppl before who dressed their dogs...then I got Elvis who loves wearing sweaters! Princess will eat anything you put on here but really needs to wear dog shows because her feet are like sponges...I like to think I'm not hypocritical (ha ha ha I know better though) in saying I put on necessicary clothing like shoes for dogs who require them, bows for dogs who need hair back to see better, clothing with D-rings because it works better as a harness...still looking for a justification of doggy sun glasses, and holiday costumes...

LOL - I'm with you on this one - but I'm sure those who do, can give us a great reason! We do "Holiday" harness's though - but again....a necessity because it has the "D" ring...LOL
