| Hi i am new here. Hi, I am new. I am Farleys Mom. He is a 4 year old yorkie. Well actually , almost 4. He will be four in abt a month. I got him at 7 weeks old. I work at a Veterinary Clinic, as an Assistant, and i am the Groomer. ANd an older man brought him in at 7 weeks old, and said he was having problems potty training him, and gave him to me. Just what i wanted. I have always always loved yorkies. He is such a fun little dog. Goes to work with me most of the time. Anyway i look forward to the forum. I want to post a picture I just havnt figured out how yet. |

| To post pics, go to User CP at the top left of this page. Look under settings and options to make an avatar pic. You should see a few options and directions of how to manage your account. Also, if you look at the stickys under the My Yorkie Picture section, you will find info to post in albums. If you want to post a pic in your posts, attach them as "attachments" within your posts. Hope this helped.

| Thank you everyone for the welcome. It is funny about him giving up on a 7 week old puppy. We have thought about it so many times since we got him. Cause the guy said he paid way to much for him to just give him away but he had him for almost a week and he still wasnt potty trained and there was just no way he could keep up. 6 weeks is way to early to take him from his mother anyway. So he wanted one of us from The Clinic to come to his home and help potty train, but once he found out we dont do that, he showed up a half hour later with teenie tiny little farley and his bed, and food dishes and asked for the groomer ( me) and handed him over. I was very lucky . Anyway i will try to post a pic later today when i have more time. Thanks again everyone |

YT Addict | Sounds like all of you got lucky, the man because he was headed down the road of bigger disaster, Farley because he got lucky and drew a GREAT home and you because you got the puppy of your dreams! Always nice when everyone gets lucky! What is sad is the person who let him take that puppy at 6 WEEKS didn't get what they deserve, a BIG kick in the pants And Welcome! I am Mary, the lucky mom to Mia who is 1 we live in Nebraska. Mia is the baby I always dreamt of she actually belongs to my 10 year old daughter. But she shares her well. |

| Welcome to YT. Boy, you sure got lucky, having someone just hand you a new Yorkie baby. That baby should have stayed with his mom for another 5 weeks at least. Hope he does really well and can't wait to meet him.
