I know the exact feeling. Maggie is our only child left at home. She is 8 months old and goes everywhere with us. Her carseat is in the backseat, and I felt sorry for her--so I got one of those console carriers. She is in hog heaven now. In a couple of weeks, we will be heading to Georgia. That's a 1000 mile trip for us, but Maggie makes it fun. I always look forward to that snuggling and little kisses I get each morning when she wakes up.
