| First off Welcome to YT!! I'm so sorry about the bad news you recieved from the vet. Many people don't care about the health of the puppies and breed whatever two dogs they have without checking them out with the vets. My Lola is a yorkie-poo however she looks much more yorkie and has a very thin build. Your puppy looks alot like my old yorkie-poo but she didn't have as nice coloring as yours. I'd take the suggestion about the ears and maybe they will stand. Regardless she looks so sweet I see why you wouldn't want to part with her. Stick around we have lots of information on here about certain disorders and lots of people who can help you out. |

| Sorry too to hear your bad news from the vets but try not to worry, a 1 in 5 change of her having sezures is actually a 4 in 5 chance that she won't. When we took our Poppy to the vets for her first check up she told us that her teeth hasn't erupted thtough the gums and that , at 8 weeks old, it was unlikely that they would and that she would probably needed an operation at 6 months when her adult teeth started to push through. Naturally we were concerned but she was just a late developer, 6 weeks later she has a super set of shiny white gnashers. I'm sure your baby will have a very happy life. After all, all every dog seems to want from life is the love of a good owner. Do keep us updated on her progress. |

| She is so cute but looks yorkie-poo to me. So sad to hear she has health issues, will be praying for you that she will be ok. Welcome to YT, this is a great place.

| I am sorry about your bad news. Was it an open fontanel? If so, my Faith has that and others I know have pups with that. Sometimes it will totally close up by the time they are a year. Faith's hasn't closed up completely, but she has been as normal as my other two. She plays, runs, jumps and has never had an issue with the open fontanel. Patti, another yt'er with a baby with open fontanel, told me that she just combed up the hair and put a top knot right over the spot to give it some protection. I also did that with Faith and she has had no problems or seizures. Like you, I was worried at first, but Faith is now 14 months and been fine with it. Best wishes!

| Was it hydrocephalus? I hope your baby makes it without any seizures.
