| You know, I went online and found some pet-friendly mouse traps, I'll ask my exterminator to see if he has some! Thanks!

| We had this problem when we built our house 15 years ago. We had to confine the dogs, and we used glue traps. They worked great, but you have to keep the dogs away or they will get caught too. The rats move around mostly at night, but you also have to keep a look out for snakes as they eat rats and will follow them in. Check the vent on your dryer, thats where they were coming in for us. You can put one on the outside that closes so they can't enter. Good luck they are nasty creatures. |

| Oh no, don't use poison! First of all it doesn't get rid of the mice, it just kills them, meaning they will die somewhere and you more than likely won't find it, it'll just smell bad. We called an exterminator and he told us to use sticky traps. Put them against a wall under a sink or behind cabinets, he said the mice are pretty much blind so they run along the walls, therfore if you put a trap in the middle of the floor a mice will never find it. And he said they don't like having to climb, so get a sticky trap as flat as possible and the mice will run right onto..... what you do with it after it's stuck is up to you!!!!! |

| Have you ever thought about using the Riddex ones that you plug in to an outlet? They are supposed to make a noise and scare them away. Worth a try to get them to pack up and leave. |
