My little boy (with the undecided name) We're picking him up March 1st, but I have two pictures of him! He is just gorgeous. We're not sure of his size yet, but the breeder told us that he won't get too big. She doesn't want to guarantee any sizes because she told us that it really depends on each puppy because everyone is different and they grow at different rates. He's the smallest one of the litter though And we're still deciding on his name. ( Fred or Tyson ) This is him at 4 weeks. I wonder how big he'll grow! I can't wait until we can pick him up! I've got everything ready for him. I've bought him a pet carrier, bowls, bed, a few shirts to wear and a basketball hoodie. I've spent well over $200 on accessories and I don't even have him yet! Is this normal? Last edited by natalie; 02-21-2005 at 11:39 PM.

Welcome to the group - yup, I think a lot of us spoil our furbabies to pieces! I know I've already spent a LOT of money on Tia and I've only had her a week! Sandy - I don't even want to think about how much everything she has has cost me Ah well, I love 'em! Thanks for joining us - I can't wait to see more pictures!!

| Natalie ... what a gorgeous baby boy! I know how excited you are ... thought I would just die before we finally got Toto ... but she was well worth the wait! I too think Tyson is a cute name. As for spending too much for all the "accessories" ... we lost count a long time ago. While waiting for Toto, our spare time was spent studying Yorkie books, shopping for Yorkie stuff and endless hours of talking about her and planning!! That was a year and a half ago and the only thing that has changed is that now that we have her ... it's worse!! It seems that everything we do revolves around her and my Patrick is a worse "shopaholic" than I ... most fun we have had in a bzillion years!!!

I like the name Fred. It's different. He is soooooo cute. Yes it is normal to spend lots of money on our babies! I have taken my Cricket to meet family and friends and now everyone wants a yorkie. It's funny how addictive yorkies can be.

Congratulations and welcome to the group! Your little one is absolutely gorgeous, and I love the name Tyson. Yes, it is completely normal to spend massive amounts of money on your little one. I have only had Duke for a few weeks, and I can't seem to stop purchasing clothing and toys for him! These little ones are so much fun to dress up, and they are such loveable little babies, that you just can't resist spoiling them! Enjoy your new little bundle of joy!

You'll have your little guy in no time, natalie! Congrats! I think either Fred or Tyson makes for a very unique and special name for a Yorkie, and either would be fine. Let us know what you decide!
