Here in West TN, we got lots of snow & lots of ice. I went out to take some pictures and Sophie was just dying to come out, too. But she doesn't have booties yet so she couldn't. She did step out on the deck for a bit, and then went right back inside! Here are some pics of her, our other dog, and the snow in general!

1. I see you, Mommy!
2. Please, let me come outside!!!!
3. This is about 7-8 inches of snow and 2 inches of ice...
4. We are snowed in!

Here are some more...

1. My feet wouldn't even go all the way down.
2. This is Milo, our outside dog. He was loving the snow & ice. He was slipping and sliding and having a great time.
3. This is Sophie after her short trip outside.
4. She decided it was better being covered up in the comforter.

How pretty...you really don't need boots for your little ones to go out into the snow unless you want them to be at the height of fashion...

The only thing I was worried about was the fact that there is 2 inches of ice over the snow. I don't want her feet to get cut, but I think we may get her out a little tomorrow when it starts melting.

Thanks for the comments! We think our house is pretty nice; I just wish we had hardwood floors & tile throughout! LOL

I've decided to get Sophie out in it today so I'll take some more pics. I hope she'll have a good time!
