| Marley My little baby yorkie Marley is my first puppy/dog. He is very playful when me and my fiance are around. he has a good temper, but some times likes to chew on things. we try to teach him not to, but he doesn't understand yet. he's only 9 weeks old. |

| he is beautiful. I'm sure he is going to make you both very happy. Yorkies are the best. I have Chloe, she's 15wks old and she likes to chew on everything and bites too. I teach her not to do that - although I find it funny when she does it. I just can not get upset with her - one look at her pretty face and I melt.

| Welcome to YT. Your Marley is adorable. If he starts chewing on something he shouldn't, just either pick him up and put him down with his own chew toy away from what he was going to chew on. If you look around at all the thousands of things he should not chew, you then realize just how much he has to learn. It takes a lot of time, but generally when he has lost the baby teeth and grown the permanent teeth, his need for chewing slows down some and then you won't have to distract him every two seconds.

| Marley is adorable. Make sure he has plenty of the right kinds of toys to chew on, he is teething now. You have to watch him closely or he might chew on electrical cords, furniture, shoes, or other inappropriate things that are harmful. If he does go for the wrong things, you can get a spay, Bitter Yuck, to deter him.
