Yodi is a True Southern Belle, for a few days anyway 4 Attachment(s) Yodi had a terrific time at the 2nd Annual International YorkieTalk Meetup. She had many unforgetable experiences and made a host of new friends. On the way home from Alexandria, she slept so hard you would have thought she was a stuffed puppy :D. She entirely slept through the drive to Knoxville and me dropping Kim off at her house and on to Rome. She and Emmitt slept most of the day yesterday and finally woke up this morning. Yodi was a huge hit at the meetup. He won the sit-stay competition and got the biggest ovation in the fashion show. Here's a short clip of Yodi in the fashion show. I had an epic equipment failure at the meetup and got NO SOUND on any of my audio. I tried to re-create the enthusiasm with sound effects here. ;) |

4 Attachment(s) Vicky, I am so glad to hear that you and Amelia are feeling better. AND I wanted to let everyone know that Ms. Yodi will be leaving Rome, Georgia this afternoon and headed to a place where there are beaches. I want to apologize to all for her long stay in Rome, and my lack of communication. We were not expecting for Yodi to come home with us from the Meetup, but it turned up that way. During the time she was with us we spent over a week on devoted puppy/belly watch, did some sewing, some baking, entertained out of town family. Unfortunately there wasn't time to get out and go much -- but Yodi did get to go for her first horseback ride and she was spectatular. She also heped with the delivery of Scarlett's four daughters and spent a lot of time babysitting the new pups. Let's not forget that she had a short date with the ever handsome Earl. |
Yodi's Shift @ Justice 4 Attachment(s) Yodi had a great time at Justice and is such a great worker. My manager even said I need to watch out because I may be replaced by Yodi. Yodi had a blast helping all the girls find perfect outfits for the first day of school. She also had a blast folding and straightening up the store. NOT!! But she did meet a lot of WebKinz and now has a billion new friends. :) Yodi had such a great time helping other people shop that I promised her we will start off tomorrow by doing a little shopping for her. Here are the pictures of Yodi at work. Right now she is cuddling with Juicy, all ready to go to bed. |

Salvador Dali Museum 4 Attachment(s) Today we started the day off visiting The Salvador Dali Museum in St.Petersburg, Fl. We viewed the largest collection of Dali's Surrealist artwork in the United States. Everything was going well until Yodi started barking in the main gallery because she fell in love with Dali's "Geopoliticus Child Watching the Birth of a New Man (1943)". Yodi has a keen eye for art. :) |
Don Cesar Beach Resort 4 Attachment(s) Yodi is truly a beach bum, she had a blast lounging in the cabana on the beach. She now understand why Florida is called the sunshine state, she was extremely hot and wanted to take a dip in the Gulf of Mexico. |
