| I went to check out a groomer that every one raves about here and while i was there getting prices etc one of the woman in the shop was grooming a poodle who was wriggling around, I could see that she was having problems, so thought I'd hang around and she how she handled it and next thing she smacked the dog, that was it I walked out, told the owner I would not be bringing my dog there and I'll tell everyone that goes on about the place what I saw. Isn't just a stern word enough to make them listen. Grooming is stressful enough for them without getting hit.
