Lexie had turned into a beautiful young lady. Were all the puppies in her liter around the same size. Was asking because a friend that breed said she had heard that alot of times when there is a big difference is size in the puppies it might be because they were conceived at different breedings. She breeds hers three time in about a 4 or 5 day span. And since it takes about 60 days a few day difference is why there size various. It not that they are going to be small they just might be a few days young. Need some YT breeders knowledge.

They grow up way too fast! She sure is beautiful!

Interesting!!! Actually the woman who owns Lexi's parents doesn't breed, her male and female earned there last point to become champions so she decided to let them have 1 liter before having them fixed. Her intentions were to keep 1 female and 1 male to show and then she is going to retire. Her female had 3 pups 2 female and 1 male, I got Lexi and she kept the other 2 and all 3 pups were about the same size give or take an ounce. I wanted Lexi to be between 5 -7 lbs for show (hoping more so for the 5 1/2 - 6).

I have always loved Lexi...she is Beautiful....

Sophie is 5 months now

...they do grow fast...
but I like the yorkie she has become with growing

....
she is just so sweet and tons of fun~

your Lexi is a beautiful girl! Yes it is normal so don't fret. Don't we all wish they would stay puppies.

You have a beautiful girl. Just like mother's of human babies you do miss the cute baby stage- but she really is a pretty girl. Yes the hair thing is normal. You've raised a doll.

I remember like it was yesterday when i brought Sammi home...She was 2.5/3 lbs at 14 weeks old and now she will be 2 years old in November and is 13 lbs...

I know SO well what you mean, they grow up WAY TOO fast!! Chelsey will be 1 year old on dec. 3 - i can remember bringing her home like it was yesterday, Chanel will be 6 months tomorrow, i cant believe how fast time goes!!
I do count my lucky stars everyday, im over the moon with my girls

Lexi is a beauty! I know you just love her. Bo is 10 months old now and we are still so head over heels with him! Maybe we should try to come up with a way to bottle puppy breath! You know, like they did that 'new car' air freshener smell?? LOL! I love puppy breath.

Lexi is gorgeous, and she's right in the middle of the breed standard. You can always get another pup, right? Har, har.

That second picture looks like it's a black & white. What's up with that?

Your baby is adorable. And, I want to really thank you for posting the black and white pic as well. I LOVE them...they say so much about the subject...the light and shadows and such..

Thanks ya'll, I'm so happy to hear people say they understand or that they feel the same way. Lexi is going to be 1 on Dec 4th and right after the holidays I'm going to start my search for her little sister.

The black and white, I just love B&W pics, and that one just seemed to be the right one for a B&W.
