It may be a good idea, I bought the pads when I first bought him 4 years ago, he never peed on them, he always goes out.I thought about leaving a pad out at all times to get him used to use them, when it rains he wont go out and holds it for as long as it takes, which makes me miserable.

I love #3 and #4, really sweet face in both of them. I like AprilLove's idea about raising the wages and then maybe he won't pee on the floor. Might work, but then he'd probably bargain for health benefits.
