Smokey has really beautiful colouring Twinkle's mum and dad are both very pale silver and blonde so I'm guessing that she will turn out the same xxx

My Casey is light too...silver & gold.

....but now her silver is starting to turn into gold too....I think she will be eventually a total blondie!!

I tried to post a picture but can't seem to figure it our yet!!

Does anyone elses Silver yorkie get mistaken for a silky terrier?
I hear it all the time....people ask I feel slightly offended ...silkies are cute and all but ive seen them, they are pretty big compared to a yorkie!

Well what do you think of Boots. Her colour still amazes me. I call her my silver bird.

I think maybe once or twice someone has asked me if Smokey is a silky. He's also 14 lbs, but he doesn't have the flat back like the silkies have. His back is rounded when he stands up. The other day though there was a group of girls that came doting over Chip and she was like "Is he a yorkie?" and I said "Yes they both are" and she said "Really? He's so big" I hear that alllllll the time. Then I always get asked if Smokey is older because he's bigger and he's actually 4 months younger than Chip.

Your baby is adorable! Such a handsome boy and his coloring is stunning. Looks very very purebread to me...

Our Maggie is very light colored too and she has the softest most beautiful hair of all of mine. It's just a delight to brush her!

Boots having a rest with her sister Betty. Dont it just amaze you how many different colours are babies come in. You just never no what your gonna get. LOL

Smokey is very handsome!

My girl has always been on the lighter side. She was on prednisone for six months and that made her even more silver.

Just seen this, so I thought I would share my big girl Molly a 10 1/2 pounder. and yes she is a yorkie although everyone think she is a silky! She is still getting lighter too.

Here's Tigger!!! He's all silver and blonde and will turn 16 in November. He's always been very light. I'm looking to adopt another all silver/blonde Male if anyone knows of one near North Florida... Little Red is my new rescue- that's Yeager the Yorkie..he's 3.. Sandy
