So I went out to a dedication of a new city park today. I brought my video camera and still camera and planned to do something for my dog blog. They were planning a promenade around the man-made lake, with dogs in costume.

Well, I was late for the walk. So rather than take pictures of the park and everybody else's dogs, I just snapped a few of my gang hanging out in some wildflowers. I haven't posted pictures of them in a while, so I thought I'd remind you what Eddie and Jack look like.

Oh, only ONE other dog was dressed up, in a lame-o tie-dyed T-shirt. Eddie and Jack were much cuter, but the judges gave it to the little girl who owned the other dog. How unfair! Little girls win everything!

Those boys are so cute! The flowers are gorgeous.

I think I heard on the news where a little girl was tripped and a man stole her trophy... that wasnt YOU was it??

Not me! Little girls don't fight fair anyway. They always call "Daddy!" I didn't call Daddy when we lost!

Hallie has asked me to print out the pic of Jack in the flowers to put next to her bed

If I were a judge I wouldn't have thought twice about a crying little girl! You would have won hands down (or paws down)!
