He Just turned 6 months last friday, so his neutering is just around the corner, poor lil' guy. I got some more photos of him last night, I finally was able to get a bow in his hair! A little lop sided, but its there!!

LoL, thanks Kristy.. you should have seen him the first day i put it on him, he was walking sideways, LoL, it was sooo funny.. but he has learned now. And he doesnt even try to take it off or anything. They are working really great!

Im not even sure how to do a top knot?? i was just trying to get his hair out of his eyes? is that a good way of going about it?.. then i had to fold the hair over to get the bow to stay so that its not too tight, or too loose, and it was so hard to get him to stay and pose for the photo. Whewww, but it was fun last night, only took me about an hour!

IF my hubby could've named Piper I can pretty much guarantee it would've been Star Wars inspired - although I named Piper after the Piper Cub airplane since my hubby loves flying - I may have had a Wookie too!! I may be a little slow here but what is the belly band for?? Piper just turned 5 months, is it something I need to get for him?? Your Wookie is sooo handsome by the way. Love his hair!!

Hey Velobabe, the belly band is so that when he tries to mark around my apartment, it soaks up the pee.. so helps me out.. and also.. as iv heard, suppose to help with potty training and help him hold it longer.. because he feels the dampness, and doesn't like it.. so he wont pee or mark as often.
I just started using them recently.. so i havn't noticed a huge change yet.

Thanks for the info Dena! I heard that if you get them neutered that it helps with the marking thing. Do you have plans to neuter wookie or are you thinking about breeding him? My vet told me if I'm not sure not to neuter him because once the deed is done there is no turning back but I know I don't want the marking. Do you think it's be wise to get a belly band until I make up my mind concerning neutering? Thanks again

*Just reread the thread and saw that you are planning on neutering. Was Wookie marking already or are you basically using it for potty training? Piper needs help in that area also.
