| Rebel is precious!! I'm curious to know his story.. Who mistreated him? Did someone you know buy him when you bought yankee and then change their mind? How did he end up with you....Thank God he did!!! Sorry if I missed it somewhere... |

The lady I got Yankee from was keeping Rebel for a trade if she found a female. Well she never found a female to trade for and she needed the money I guess and sold him to a friend of mine whom couldnt take his crying all the time over his other mommy. She then gave him to another friend of hers and she couldnt keep him cause one of her males tried to fight with him all the time.(he would have killed poor rebel cause he is not a fighter!) Then they called me to see if I would like another puppy. I asked what one and why they told me just cause they didnt have the time!(yea right) and he needed to eat some food and straighten him up he was very skinny. Apparently after his first mommy gave him up he was very sad and didnt want to eat or at least she didnt tell them what kind of food he was on and he wouldnt eat what they had. I am still trying to find the whole story my self on that. Any who I took him to the vet the day I got him and he said medically nothing was wrong just looked like a sad puppy. I have not had any problems with him other than he does not like a crate at all he will cry until you let him out. He is very loud. So we dont use the crate. He is just fine on everything else though. Im not sure why they didnt want this baby. He had been put through who knows what and he is timid but just a little puppy. He acts sometimes like he is a 10 year old dog just laying around watching everyone else play. At least thats what he did when I brought him home. He plays just as much as Yankee does now. I think he just needed to be somewhere he was aloud to play and be a puppy. The other people who had him only had older dogs and I really dont think they wanted to deal with a puppy. My question is why not that is the sweetest time. Any who thats their loss and my gain!! :P | |

| Well I am so glad that it worked out for you.. I cannot imagine just ignoring one of these beautiful creatures.. That is basically what happens when you don't have time for them..My Kallie and Stewie have so much personality that you cannot help but want to see more from them... Congrats on your new baby..
