I agree with you....I do usually like the longer coats, but I like how Livi's face turned out with cutting it. Ya know, I think Cali's face would also look cute with this cut.

I almost forgot to answer your question...yes, she is completely shaved on her body. Her legs are longer, but I still need to trim them up. Although, her coat has already grown some from just last week. She just had too many knots and they were like cotton candy from Huck chewing on her and tugging on her coat while playing. I plan to let it grow to a "puppy cut" length, but had to shave her to get those knots out.

I would happily come help you with Otis's face. I know what you mean about it coming out uneven...Livi kept looking at the scissors like, "I think NOT.....you are not getting those things close to THIS face!" She would want to move away from them or turn her head to see what I was doing. I would then layer it up wrong because she would turn just as I was making a cut. Then, I would sit and try to even it up again. Finally had to make my hubby come sit on the floor with us and use his baby talk voice to get her to sit still (shhhh, don't tell my hubby that I told you that he does this with her).

I wish the pictures were clearer because you would be able to see that she is wearing one of your bows. It is the adorable ice cream one...I love it on her! Her bows actually look sweeter on her now that her face is short.

Tammy, she looks absolutely precious. I'm not sure if you saw Pia or not but I shaved her about two weeks ago. If you commented on her pictures, I do apologize for not remembering. Pia's a little over three years old and I kept wondering what she would look like with a very short cut. Then it got hot and I couldn't take watching her suffer from the heat. I finally went for it and I have absolutely no regrets. I know she feels better and grooming is so simple and quick now. Her cut is practically the same as Livi's. I've been debating on shaving Trixie off also. She hates being groomed and gives me quite the headache. Anyways, I'm just blabbing away here, LOL!! Livi looks sooooooooooo sweet!! I really love her new look and you did a wonderful job.
