I am pretty sure you have to sign up to get a free account, then you click on the cartoonizer tab. You can then upload your pic from your computer and when it uploads, you are given the options to play around with it. You can even add accessories. They then let you save your pictures in the gallery and you can save them or share them. I clicked on share to make the picture bigger and then right clicked and saved it on my computer. It takes a minute to figure out...hope this helps
