| Leave It To The Professionals?? Oh boy, I gave Sophie a hair cut today. I think I did ok (for an amateur,) but I was too nervous to cut around her face. Maybe I'll do better after a few more tries. Here's a before and after. Yikes!!! ha |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I think you did a great job ! I've taken mine to professionals and come home pretty dissapointed - This way - you have a new pretty girl - and you don't feel like you just blew 75 bucks ...anything WE do, will grow back and we learn from it - when THEY make a mistake - it's like we pay twice. |

| Cute hair cut!! You did great! I have one of those personal trimmers but haven't used it yet.. I need to get the hair back off Sophie's tips of her ears... Did you trim the hair under her feet? Sophie is starting to ice skate on the kitchen floor from the fluff under her feet~ I've noticed some Yorkies have lots of hair on their feet as puppies and some don't. Sophie is one that does..

| I think you did a great job! YOu should leave the face hair and let it get long and just keep the body short! That way she can wear bows!!!

I haven't trimmed the bottom of her feet yet. I trimmed the tops, though. It's a work in progress. Every few hours I find spots I missed, so I trim a little more. I finally got some of the hair around her jaws.....but it wasn't even, so now she looks a little lop-sided. ha Good thing she's cute no matter what!! | |

| I think you did a great job. Do you use clippers or scissors. I took Gwen to get a short cut the other day, and all they did was trim her long hair. They said she's look better that way. Ugh! Nothing like talking to yourself. |
