| Our first grooming! Our little boy is growing up! Franklin was getting a little scruffy so we decided it was time for a grooming. I was so nervous to take him in that I basically told her to not cut ANYTHING but the necessary things -- trim his nails, gave him a bath (and wash his face ), shave his ears, and a sanitary cut. Basically the things I was too scared/didn't know how to do myself. She ended up trimming his face, legs and paws too and he just looks so adorable! I didn't know where to take him so I just decided to let him go to the groomer at our vets. She did a great job, and it was completely reasonable. $25 for the whole shibang. PLUS, he got to play with other little puppies all day. Perfect. Here's a picture of him before, and here's one after. I know it's not very much difference but it was a big step for mommy! The last picture is one of him laying in bed.. he's all tuckered out from his day of fun. (He's wearing his new Target shirt which arrived today from twalla!) ETA - He's getting so big! He weighed in at 5.8lbs today! I know that sounds huge to some of you but he's still ultra tiny to me. I hope he gets bigger because I'm still scared of hurting him. How do you guys with tinies do it?!
