He looks similar to our little boy Eli but younger- who is a Dorkie (daschund/yorkie)

If you got him for free as you stated. He does look like he could have something else in him.
But that is to be expected from a Broker with a bad reputation. Not that I have seen a Good Broker.
Good Luck and Just love him if that is what you wanted.

I know that Milo's addition to your family came with a little bit of drama. And as unfortunate as it is, there is always a lot to be learned in drama.

But Milo is adorable. His ears will most likely go up (although I think the floppy ears on some of the member's yorkies are simply adorable, so it wouldn't matter to me).

Still hoping and praying for Otis too....

Oh i wish Otis will be back, and Milo is loved and cared for reguardless of where he came from, or if he is mixed...

he looks yorkie to me......looks alot like my little Smokey did when he was small....but he does look like he is gonna be big....maybe 8 -10 pounds....Smokey stayed sort of small....right at 5.5 pds......and very short...with a babydoll face......as you can see in the avatar.....just give him lots of love......

It's really hard to tell...yorkies are so overbred now that most don't meet the standard. He definitely resembles a yorkie but he kindof looks like he might have something else in him... His ears don't look like they will stand up..they'll most likely be floppy

Milo looks like a yorkie to me. Bailey has soft, wavy hair just like her father.
I usually keep it short because she hates to be brushed and it matts easily.
Ears may stand up if you keep hair on them short.
Either way he is very cute!

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
