| thanks for all the replies and welcomes everyone tommigirl- bindi is named after a bindi. a bindi is a lil piece of decoration/jewelry that indians wear on their foreheads. :-D not after bindi irwin though, of course i see the connection. we are indian and thought it was fitting since she was small and pretty-just like a bindi |

| Bindi is beautiful! I can't wait to see what a pretty girl she'll grow into! And I LOVE the name and the meaning....very interesting! I thought too, it was after Bindi Irwin, who I think is such a sweetie pie and such an inspiration. So even though I kind of had name picked out for when I get my girl, it may have to be a tossup now, LOL. Welcome here~ I hope you enjoy it as much as I have and learn as much as I am! Seana and Max
