Awwww..........so cute! Target always has some great finds in that dollar section, don't they! I didn't see those at our Target though

Where is the dollar section at target.. I have never seen the stuff at our target in the dollar area like you all see and get...

I see the dog area, but never have I see any cheap stuff...
