In any event wish I hadn't brought you to tears, though I see this is an impossiblility with the Yorkie family, they can't help showing their love, emotions for these precioua little babies, and those who have suffered the loss, which makes me grateful to be here.

On another note I'm from same state, been to your town many, many times.

Less I gorget I must comment on Timmy's ears, I have never seen a Yorkies ears stand so tall and erect, beautuful, and love Mimi's platinum blond colors, she is gorgeous.

Yes, she was so beautiful thank you, I am saddened my tibute brought you to tears, though in reality your tears are a sharing of your heartfelt concern, a common denominator with all the friends here, just the way it is with Yorkie lovers, I am learning to graciously accept it and be humbly grateful.

They truly are amazing little guy's and girl's, I love them all, even if not mine.

I too, lost a baby. His name was Stuart and he was almost 5 months old. It was a tragic accident to this day is still a mystery. He ingested rat poison, I don't know where he got it, nothing. But he lives in my heart and soul. I have his pic with his ashes and his little clay paw print and I keep them on display in my home. Time eases the pain eventually, but you'll always have your memories of your kassie. You will be able to pull them out of your mind in time and let them make you smile again!

I have 2 boy now, and they are the lights of my life. They've helped me through a very tough time in my life, I give them the credit for my sanity! These little guys sneak right under your guard and right into your heart I think within seconds of getting one and thats it, you are hooked!

I know Kassie is at the rainbow bridge and I'd like to think that my Stuart greeted her and made her feel loved, welcomed and home! Take care of yourself papi! You are a wonderful yorkie daddy!

I was sorry to hear about Stuart, yes it had to be heart wrenching, and he was only 5 months, no less from rat poison, very strange you never found out where he got it, your going to have to be extra careful with your 2 new boy's in that case, especially as you don't know to this day where Stuart got that poison, this is very scarey, you need these guy's to live a full happy life.

I thought it kind of amusing, you just didn't get another one, you had to get two, how wonderful for you, how much love and joy is that, double your fun, double your pleasure, way to go, I can understand your need, I am so pleased to hear they helped you through a trying time, I'm sure their frolicking and antics was the best medcine for maintaing your sanity, how very happy I am for you.

No indeed, and who would understand more than you or for that matter anyone who suffered the loss of their Baby, yes. it's difficult enough when they leave on their own, but it becomes another matter when we have to make the difficult decison to assist them, due to their long suffering, that decision become's quite clear, when we love them more than our selfish need to not let go, prolonging their life, which we feel is out of our love, as I, you also came to that sad conclusion, and how sorry I am for Sophie's passing, and as I see it was only in January, I am so very, very sorry Deborah, yet you and I in fact showed how deeply we did love our babies by doing the right thing by them, even so the guilt is still difficult to live with.

I was happy to hear you received Charlie into your life, your kindness in rescueing him from the shelter, I'm sure he will lift your spirits, and brighten your day's, a Yorkie of any age can, and will do that, I so hope you find overwhelming joy in one another.

Please forgive me for being so late with this reply, I guess I only have another dozen or so post I am still trying to get to.

I'm sorry to hear you, and your sister also had to make this very sad, and difficult decision with your beloved babies, yes, even though we do it out of our love for them, they maybe grateful, it's is as you said, still hard, I don't believe there are any words, no amount of love we have for them, ever make's it any easier, 27 day's now for my Kassie's leavin, and it feels like yesterday.

The good news is you found room for a new companion for you, and Maddie, I hope your new precious little girl, Libby will fill your heart, and lift your spirits, and may joy, and happiness fill your life, your home.

Sadly I see you have also sufffered the loss of your baby, and though it may have been awhile now, I'm sure after reading my initial post it brought back the memory of that sad day, I sure wish I hadn't brought you to tears, though can understand why, it must have made it seem like yesterday when Monty Kisses passed on, I'm very sorry as sadly I now know what you went through.

I see much like Kassie, Monty's last name also Kisses, I know exactly why also, he like Kassie couldn't shower you with enough kisses, all they wanted to do is kiss, kiss, kiss, didn't we just love it, and how much more we miss those kisses, from Monty and Kassie.

Did you ever get another Yorkie ?

I don't believe your heart ever needed re-opening, it was alway's there, wide open, perhaps like me at times it's our eyes that become a little weary, close a little, we don't see as clearly as we once did, but never doubt for a moment your heart closed, if it had closed as you seem to think, you would never have responded to my story, Yorkie hearts never close, you are the proof.
