I've been so irritable the last few days and didn't realize what the problem was until tonight. This is when my Heidi was getting sicker and sicker and I would just sit in the recliner holding and loving her. I lost her on Jan 30, 2010. She would have been 18 yrs old if she would have made it just 11 more days. I still miss her so much. My heart goes out to everyone with sick babies and the ones who have lost their babies. They are so precious to us and their memory will live on forever. Heidi I'm always thinking about you and love you so much.

I am so sorry that your heart still hurts so deeply. Try to focus on all of the wonderful memories that you have of your baby and maybe choose this time to celebrate her life.

I'm so sorry that it hurts so much without Heidi. We lost Ashley 2.5 years ago one month shy of her seventeenth birthday, and we miss her so. They remain such a huge part of our hearts and our memories, and I'm so grateful for that. You are among people here who truly understand your loss, and we are here to help you. We have to cope with the pain of loss, but love truly lasts forever.

I'm so sorry you are feeling down. Sometimes we have little ones that are so special to us that we have a hard long road getting over the loss. But that confirms how special the truly were. I'm grateful that you got to have Heidi in your life for almost 18 years! What a gift from God she was.
I hope you can start remembering her with happiness and joy soon.
