I picked up Jack's ashes this morning....I couldn't help but cry when she handed them to me......It's just so sad and heartbreaking to believe he's really gone.......Thank you all for the kind words.

Your post about Jack got me so emotional (at work...) that I had to step away and come back after I composed myself (God, I'm a loose cannon...) but, now I just wanted to say...how deeply touched I was to read your memories of Jack.

He never put up a fuss about any of it, he just took it like a trooper…… I admired his strength and courage for being able to do so……My little man…..Mama already misses you so…..Run free sweet baby, til we meet again.

Your Jack was beautiful!!! I am so very sorry to hear that he has passed away. Your post was so touching - it made me cry, too. I always feel a tug at my heart when I read these because I can relate to how you're feeling. Loosing our 15 yr old blk lab over 5 years ago is still sooo fresh in my mind and I feel like I relive it over again when I read about a little one passing away. We have his ashes with his picture and collar.

Run with angels Jack - your are free now... and BJ - you go ahead and grieve girl. Big hugs to you!
