| My heart just breaks for you and Sofia during this difficult time. I have no words, just know you are in my thoughs. I wish you strength during this time and may your heart find comfort in the memories you shared with Mia

| I don't know what the right thing to do is, so I have decided to remove Mia's things from my bedroom and clean everything there, just so that we can maybe get a little break and some calm for sleeping, but I will leave the rest as a wonderful reminder of our friend. It's to hard for pictures yet, but someday I know I will want them back up. Thank you to everyone for your support. Sofia and I are off to run errands and stop to visit some friends. |

| I honestly think you need to do what you feel most comfortable with. Whether the scent or Mia's things are there or not, Sofia won't forget about her. I personally am comforted having things around of my girls. You don't ever forget the loss, and it makes me happy to have their things around. When we lost Kiwi, it was a big loss for Ashley and Gracie. We all needed a lot of extra cuddling together, and I tried to get them out of the house as much as possible. When Gracie died shortly thereafter, I brought Ashley over to her. I thought it would help her understand more why she was gone, but I don't know if it really helped. I think our babies mourn like we do, and just like us, they need love and support. When I lost our first Yorkie, my best friend's dog searched my house and our property whenever they visited for at least six months. I'm sure the scent was there, but I don't think Mishna ever forgot about Jolie when she visited. Just like with us, they need time to accept and cope with the loss. I definitely know you need to consider Sofia, but I don't know if it will make it easier for her; I suspect if you remove things, it will be more confusing for her. Just do what feels right for you and your baby. I am so heartbroken for you, and I wish there was something that I could say to make this easier for you. You and both of your little ones are in my prayers and my heart, and you have my deepest sympathy.

| I'm sorry for your loss. We lost our Jersey at 17 months to what I believe now was hydrocephalous. At the time were were told a brain abnormalty, but through research I did I do believe this is what she had. Elaine |

| I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your sweet Mia. She was loved during her short time with you. You gave her a great life while she was with you and made the hard decision to do what was best for her. Blessings to you sweet Mia, now an angel baby. Watch over your family they miss you. Sending prayers to your family to ease the sorrow. |

| Sorry for your loss. Someone told me once... "instead of getting sad for what you have lost, be happy that at least you had it. It is just another way of seeing things. May God bless you all... |

| I am so sorry for your sad loss. It must have been really hard to see Mia suffering, and at least now she can rest in peace.
