Hi, I live in Sterling,Il it is about 1 hour south of Rockford.Some what small but in between the Quad cities and Rockford.I would love to find others so we can meet with our little ones.Keep us informed when you are all calmed down...maybe we can meet somewere.So we all can meet,Glad to have you here...

We're from Sugar Grove. It's about an hour from Rockford. It's one of the farthest west suburbs. We are just west of Aurora. I'd love to be included in planning a get together. Loki doesn't have many small friends, mostly big doggies from training and the neighborhood. Welcome to the area!!

I am so excited to know that people are interested in getting together in Illinois. My husband is already there so, we are somewhat settled in. Just waiting for me, my skin son, and furbaby to get there. To you all who live in the area, please start researching where we can meet. I am so excited, I can't wait!

Glad you like the idea about going to a park and meeting.Maybe we can all set a date maybe in Aug.There is a nice park in Oregan Il called WHITE PINES STATE PARK.Very nice,place to go it is between Rockford and for others that are coming from Sugar grove it seams to be in the midway,if others like this,lets see ok.It sounds so good to get together and see people face to face Hope you like Rockford and the surrounding towns......Well lets see what others come up with for this meeting,take care and we will all see one another soon...cathy, mom to Aidan,Molly,Andrew,Bella and newbe ADDIE

I will be officially in Rockford on August 6th. I will have to get my computer set up and then I should be back on line at least by August 9th. I will be sure to check in at that point to let every one know that I am officially a resident of Illinois.

I live in Park Forest which is a south suburb of Chicago (Around a 2 hour drive away from Rockford (I think)). Hopefully my little Adie will have had all of her shots by the time we all get together!
Can't wait!

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am settled into my new home. I still have a lot to unpack, but that will come with time. I am excited about our meet up. I am not too familiar with the area so, I am depending on the rest of you to help plan and organize this event.
