I am sick sick seeing how this woman is torturing these animals.. omg I could not even imagine this...
will watch for an update.. she needs to be locked in a cage.. and left there and get a feel of what she has done.. OMG.. I would like to do the sentencing on her myself..it would not be good..anne

I contacted someone for the outcome of th Bauck Sentencing, here's what they said.


"Yes. Not good. We posted the sentencing on the Animal Folks website.
Click on News: Bauck on the home page (it's under Resources).

Basically, the Court sentenced Bauck to 15 days in jail, $500 fine, 80 hours community service and supervised probation for one year. The kennel still operates under the ownership of her husband and daughter.
No animals were seized.

We'll be sending out an email soon to everyone (Animal Folks database) with a few suggestions as to what steps can be taken.

This proves again why regulation of this industry is needed --- we have to get the regulatory bill passed."
