Someone had him for 7 months and never had a name for him? That is so very sad..do you think maybe he was hit by a male? The reason I'm asking is that if they've ever been abused by someone(male or female), then tend to take longer to warm up to that sex it seems..that poor little guy.tell you boyfriend to give him treats, and take him for walks, just the two of them..when Skip sees your b-friend is going to take care of him and love him, he will start liking him in return

It sounds like you are on the right track. Just give it time - new homes are hard on babies, especially if they never had a good home before.

Having had several rescues, all of the previous advise is right on target. Give the little guy some time. Before you know it, he'll be all over you and that boyfriend.

my boyfriend will be the first to announce that he doesent like cammie... yet he is always the one who pulls her up into the bed, sneaks her treats when he thinks im not looking, and plays with her constantly
