PLEASE!! Sombody help me get my baby back!
 

Fellow YT members, I'm having a friend write this for me because my English isn't perfect and I want you to understand what I am about to a say. First off I do hope and pray there will be some of you that can help me out or advise me. I put complete trust in a YT member only to be disappointed, and you just don't know how bad I am feeling over all of this.
First off I bought a little 2 pound 5 month old dog in April, for &1,200.00 and paid $125.00 for her to fly over. I named her Melody. My little 4 pound Phoebe played too rough with her and I was so afraid she was going to be hurt, so I confided in Joy who was Blondie Girl about what I should do. She convinced me that dogs that tiny need very special care and since she had a tiny one, that her male was very laid back, and that she knew how to take care of them. I paid the $175 to ship her to Columbia, South Carolina, which she said she will gladly pay. She said she would give me the money on her next pay day, but after she got the dog she started making every excuse in the book why she can't send me the money. Now she has moved from South Carolina, possibly to her grandmothers home in Florahome, Florida, because she said she was being stalked by someone from YT and was afraid to stay in S.C.

Is there anyone here that can help me out any at all? Anyone who lives close to Columbia, SC or Florahome, FL? Does anyone know anything about this girl? I just want to get that little dog back. I don't want the dog to be bred, she is too small. Joy named the little Yorkie Princess Jesamine, and she is 11 months old now. I only gave Joy copies of all the papers on Jesamine and I have all the originals.

I have tried to solve this privately, but Joy has not returned any of my calls, and the last e-mail that I sent her was rejected. It has been almost two months since I have had any contact with her, it is like she has disappeared with my dog. Right now, I don't even want the money. I want my sweet little one back. I cannot rest thinking that Melody is in the hands of someone as irresponsible as Joy has turned out to be.

......well all I am going to say is that part about her "being stalked by a YT member" is completely ridiculous and stupid :rolleyes: Just another one of her excuses/lies.

She knew what she was doing all along when she took that dog from you. She had no intention of ever paying you for it. I am just sorry that you put such trust in a person like her - but I know it wasn't your fault. It's always the NICE and HONEST people who get dealt a bad hand it seems.

And I hate to say this, but you KNOW she is still reading this board. I'd be very careful what you post as I'm sure she will do everything in her power NOT to be found once she finds out you are trying to hunt her down.

Panama, I am sure you are devastated! I would definitely contact the police in the areas where you believe she is. Hopefully they can help!

Yeah, the whole story about everyone dying in her family was a lie. She even made up a lie that she HERSELF was in this "horrible car accident" :rolleyes: and had her ARM AMPUTATED :eek: :mad: :thumbdown Obviously she made all this up because of this dog situation. Was trying to get the "tiny" Yorkie that she had always wanted scott free. :rolleyes:

i just read this post and i'm very sorry about your loss. it's sad how people can be so cruel. who is this girl? i want read up on her past posts since i haven't been on YT for a while.. she seems like a nut case!

This is just terrible and I feel awful for you but I dont understand why you didnt seperate preciious Joy fom your darling Phoebe when you were not right there to supervise.Bringinging a new puppy into your home or anyones takes compromise and can be challenging in the beginning.I feel so bad that there are some ill intenioned folks on YT,I feel sad for you and hope you dont think i am harsh for hoping yo gave the 2 pups a litle moree time together!I will say a prayer for you tomorrow at sundown.

I am so sorry that this has happened to you. How horrible. I would go to the cops with everything that you know and see what you can do. Im so sorry this happened to you, I would call the cops and have her put in jail. Ill pray that you get your baby back. How mean and low of someone to do that.

I'm sorry if this sounds rude I'm not trying to be but why in the world would you send your puppy to 19 year old girl what made you think that at that age she is an expert? I'm 18 years old and I noe that is someone send a pup to anyone my age they would take it and never come back how well do you noe this girl do you have her address phone number do u get to meet her in person anyone with a computer can pretend to bo anyone they want I'm sorry this happened to you what you need to do now is get this girl arrest for theft go to the police now and they will get in contact with the police over there and arrest her and that way you can get you pup back

I think the last thing Panama needs at the moment is a lecture. I mean it sounds to me that this other woman had almost everyone on YT convinced of her storys.:( . Thank godness for people like Panama with her kind and trusting heart, it just so happens that she was sucked in by this horrible girls story.:mad: And hopefully we can all take a lesson from this.:( .

I sure hope you can get some information on this girl, I mean this is horrible what she has done on you. People like her always get what is coming to them. Even if it does take a while. Long run the fox.

wow thats so scary are there any YT members in the area you think she is in also Google her name and you can find out information stuff you never thought you could find good luck on getting your baby back from the wack job .. and i would rather have faith in man kind and get burnt ..than to be cold at heart ... so as the old saying gos fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me .. But she postesd that she got Jesamine from a reputable breeder that shows dog and decided to give Jesamine to her because she was too small to breed or show :confused: I am soo confused here...i'm so sorry this has happened to you:( I think there is someone here that has her # if i'm not mistaken. I'm confused though, why did you give her your dog? Did you sell her to her? Why do you want her back now? Is it cause of everything you've heard about her recently? I'm so sorry...i hope you can get her back:( ...idk what to say...

This is insane!! I have missed the whole story, because i have been away for quite some time.

If you really focus on this, you will find her, she can not disappear. I'm about speechless here to find out, things like this happen here too.
I can understand you trusting a fellow YT member, and would like to think, you can trust people, but how well do you know this girl?

There has to be someone here that knows her?

If she reads all these posts, i hope she contacts you, and gives your baby back!

No you are not rude I understand your :confused: if you search her last posts I have no reason not to believe the girl, I just believe people , I always give the benefit of doubt, you see I married my hubby when he was serving this wonderful country as a sgt in Panama I believe him I married and left my job (Pan American Life) and everything for him and you know what? I glad I did He make believe in people again after I was so abuse by men, I know I was so stupid to trust her.

Yeah she did, because she call the breeder that I got Melody (Princess Jesamine Dior) from to see if what I was telling her was true, and she post what the breeder told her, if I decided to send the puppy back to the breeder she was going to get it anyway I told her how much I paid for her and she also found out it was true and I was not trying to make some money , if it was about the money I would sell Melody here in California for a lot of what I paid for her because she is a female tiny champion bloodline healthy little girl, and the reason I want her back is because I found out that she was lying to me she told me several times that she send me letter and pictures in the mail and stuff like that, what she didn't know was that the mailman who is in charge of this area and also my neighbor open my eyes and told me you know Greta that is not true ones I will undertand if you didn't get it but several times coman girl open your eye girl, how come she gets everything you have send her :eek: she also told me several time that she give her brother my info to paypal me the money and she didn't know I haven't got the money :rolleyes: and her brother was the one that was helping her to move and so on and on and on.

God I"m so tired now is 2:17 am here and I can't go to sleep, I want to thankyou for all of you who are helping me (you know who you are;) ) may God blessyou and payou back 100 por uno, I know that still people here that still think that Joy got set up by someone here I did believe that in some point sometime I don't know what to believe anymore just what is happened to me:( just facts, and for those one that don\'t want to get involve I understand I just ask you for your prayer that true come out. If this is who I think it is, months ago I purchased a couple of items from Joy - BlondieGirl87", is her last name Fox?. I do have a couple of different email addys for her and a home address in Florida. I don\'t know if they are different than the addresses she gave you. Good luck with getting your girl back.

First off, why would she be "stalked" by someone on YT? This person sounds a bit psychotic to me..i mean, they don\'t just publish anyones addresses or anything on here, so how could she be stalked? ..Secondly, if you have all the original papers, all you have to do is get a lawyer if you dont\' already have one, and just let them know that you want to pursue her and charge her with stealing your dog....since she did not pay you, that would be stealing.
Then you need to make the cops aware of this, and get paperwork drawn up on her to get your dog back. Did she by chance sign any paperwork? Give any addresses? That info would be very pertinent to the police is recovering your dog.

All i have ever been told regarding the sale of puppies is to be very careful, and always get the money before shipping any puppies out, plus doing a background check on someone is fairly simple, i would do that next time.
Also, you might want to think about microchipping any animals you have...the cost is fairly reasonable, and it is a virtually painless procedure that takes a few minutes for your vet to do....just helps in situations like this....

Also, if she is living in florida, all you have to do to try to get a phone number is to call information, give the florida town, and the name.....if you have her real name...they could give you a phone number....it\'s a start.....or actually if they give you a number, alert the police in Florida where she is presumabley staying to see if they can help....

Wow i cant believe this. I was reading her thread about Princess Jesamine Dior and i was surprised to read that she got her from a BREEDER with no mention of you whatsoever. That was weird because most YTers will openly say i got my baby from so and so or I am giving my baby to so and so. She didn\'t and even when you posted a comment she never thanks you openly for giving her her new baby.... Just weird. She didn\'t go through the breeder cause the breeder would have asked for money up front. IF all is true who is to say she didn\'t already give the dog away to a friend or re-sale her?

She was here for a while so i see why you trusted her. Sorry.
