Girl I know exactly what you mean. I had discussed this with other YT members as well. There is no way on earth that girl could be doing all she claimed and be on YT for all hours like she was. What I just don't understand is how she had THE NERVE to say all this stuff...I mean, I personally would feel like no one would even believe it - which would then make me feel like a TOTAL idiot. lol. It's just WAY WAY WAY too "out there" and WAY too far fetched. But that's Joy for ya :p

I think there are people on here who actually spoke w/ some of Joy's relatives - maybe they can help you?

I was talking to my husband about this sad situation and how everyone is so involved, he said..."Wow, that will teach people to mess with yorkie-lovers!" It's so true...once you have a yorkie and know what kind of people you all are, so loving and caring, you can't help but feel like you have taken a personal hit when a fellow yorkie-parent gets taken advantage of! :mad:

I am so sorry this has happened to you. I always thought something was odd about this girl. She used to send me numerous pm's and would ask some crazy questions about the size of Pia. She literally got on my last nerve but then she ripped me off by not paying for clothes I sent her. :thumbdown She bought things from me twice and since she paid the first time I didn't think I'd have a problem with her. Since so many liked her on here I decided to let it go. I figured if wasn't that much money and I didn't feel like having a huge conflict made over a few bucks. I also knew she'd have some crazy excuse and I'd end up looking like the ignorant one. I am just very sorry this happened to you. I do however have an address that I will Pm you. Also, her name is NOT Joy. I even questioned her about this and she definately had a good excuse. :rolleyes: This girl is nothing but trouble. I only hope you get your baby back. More then anything I hope all those poor babies are doing ok. :(

I smell something fishy here. I went back to posts done by Joy and she seemed VERY forthcoming in her notes. Interestingly when she announced her newest yorkie Jesamine, Panama69 congratulated her see 5/1/07 10:39 a.m. Panama69 said: I'm soooooo Happy for you look like you are made for each other she is so beautiful and precious so glad you find each other, what a perfect family, so happy too that Nana love her so much.

I do have faith in people but I also research and trust my instincts and something is very foul here.

I'm amazed that she got away with all her lies for this long! It's a shame we cant trust everybody, like we can trust every yorkie!

I was holding off posting to this thread to see if someone would come up with a question like this. I have to say I was wondering but didn't follow all of Joy's posts before completely and wasn't really sure what to believe. Makes you go hmmmmm..........

Not sure what to believe with all of Joy's past wild stories but have to ask..... did anyone ever prove that she was the one that actually posted those lies or did someone else? The one post I researched of Joy's was the one where she said someone else posted all of that. Again, I didn't follow all of her posts and a lot were deleted so I'm still reserving judgement. Definitely not sticking up for Joy here because of things I have read where she did people wrong..... just wondering about the whole Panama/Joy issue.

I think Joy is a scam artist. But, Panama, why did you wait so long to post about this? Her lies were discovered months ago.

I had asked panama about this in a previous thread, because I found that weird as well. She said that they chose together to keep the matter private, because Panama didn't want any of us on YT judging her for buying a puppy and then re-homing it.

Just a reminder: Let's focus on helping Panama69 find a recourse to insure her pup is safe, help her seek a lawful resolution and please, please do not "jump on her". Unfortunately, this is another reminder that just because people are on YT, seem sincere and we want to believe what is said, it isn't always the truth. Panama, you really shouldn't blame yourself! It is just an awful situation, but you didn't do anything wrong. :)

Don't blame yourself sweety, you did the right thing at the time in order to get the puppy rehomed to the right family and at the same time helping a "friend". You were trusting and caring and that makes you a better person than most. Don't beat yourself for it now, just concentrate your energy into doing whatever it takes to get a resolution to this.

I have been sitting back quietly reading these post and I have to speak out. I feel before someone says something negative or questions about the truthfulness of a story maybe you should read the full thread carefully first. Panama already stated she was duped by Joy, how she was duped and why she was duped. And as far as someone reporting another member for posting in another language, why in the hell would someone do that? That is so freakin petty, she posted in it that way so Panama could better understand what she was saying, since Panama is still learning to use the english language. This site is getting more and more spiteful and petty each day and as a new member I enjoy this site but it's disheartening to hear all the criticism and complaining. I realize there are scammers and liers out there and Joy is certainly one of them from what I can tell, but that does not mean the majority of people are, so give Panama the benefit of the doubt. She feels bad enough as it is, and I personally feel it took a lot of courage to come on here and ask for help.

I am so sorry this happened to you. I am new here and never knew of this person, but, I am a firm believer in what goes around comes around. I hope and pray you get your baby girl back somehow, but, this Joy person will get hers you can be assured.

Here is my question, maybe someone knows the answer. If you still have her original papers, then aren't you still the legal owner? This would make it a theft. Maybe someone knows the answer to that. Either way it looks like she could be arrested for theft or fraud. I have a feeling that this is not the first time she has broken the law :(

If you know her real name and her aliases, you can get an address easily enough. There are many websites where you can find every address she has ever used and her relatives for a very small fee. She may have some family members who would be willing to help you. It will even give you her real age and I would not be surprised to find out that being 19 was a lie as well.

:mad: I hope this helps cause I have read this and have to say this to everyone....Joy or whatever her name was part of this family for over a year, I think she was really sitting us all up for the fall...If you are new here then you probably will not understand how easy it was to trust her at first, she had a little boy, then got another little girl, and was posting all the time pics and new outfits and alittle of everything...She Suckered(if thats a word) all of us...We were taken in by her...She wasn't in a wreck, her nana is alive and everything from Feb. or March was lies that we were catching her in...I am so sorry about your little girl, and if any of us can help you, we should...I knew her wasn't a personal friend where I call and talked to her, but we talked alot on YT and she pm'd me alot...I did have her paypal addy and she did send me some things I bought from her, if I can find them I would be happy to pm you with the info...

Bottom line here is she lied to everyone so we would feel sorry and send her money....she has been banned from this site, but I am sure she is on other sites so maybe someone will see her on another site or her dogs and know its her ....Panama69 was just pulled into the craziness like the rest of us...:mad:
