As someone mentioned earlier, there is a chance that her glands could be bruised. Expressing the glands is not a pretty picture and they have to apply a bit of pressure. If this was her first or second poop after the expression, I think that's probably what it is. She is just sore.
As for the worms, you would KNOW if she had them. It's not a pretty site.
If she is still hurting after about a day or two, then I would have the vet check the glands again. Just to make sure they aren't damaged or infected from the expression. It can happen.
