| ![]() I do my own because I just haven't been able to find a groomer that I totally trust yet. I actually think I will keep doing it myself, it just seems easier than taking Jake and leaving him at the groomer. I think he would be traumatized. I will do Jackson's grooming when I get him too.

| ![]() I groom my two girls myself. They have never been groomed anywhere else. I invested in two good clippers and expensive scissors. It's very easy and rewarding. ![]() |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | ![]() I groom Pixie myself she has never been to a groomer. She is a dream to groom, silky non matting coat and sits still. Cali I send out occassionally since she matts so bad due to scratching from her allergies. I am trying to do her myself most of the time. I trimmed her up yesterday, I need a lot more practice, but figure it will grow back.

| ![]() I have always and will always do it myself, I just don't think I could ever trust a groomer. I've heard way too many horror stories. Its really not hard.

| ![]() I groom all of mine also. I used to always take my first yorkie to a groomer but then I started reading some of the horror stories about some groomers and decided I needed to do them myself. I bought a grooming dvd and all the supplies. It's not to hard and well worth it. I can't do the nails though and have to take them in for that. I nipped my chihuahua's nail one time and now I just can't do them. She used to hold still so well for her nail clippings but since I got the vein that one time she's now a terror for nail clippings. Poor princess. |
