| I put mine in their crate if I'm am not in the room with them. Don't want them running out if someone happens to open it. |

| My boyfriend and I have traveled before with our bigger dog and he was just hanging out in the room while we attended a wedding. Everything was fine. We stayed at a hotel that allowed pets and we just had to put a sign up outside our door to let the staff know we had a dog. We are actually going away this weekend and we are bringing both dogs with us and plan on bringing Bella's crate for her while we are out for yet another wedding. I think it should be fine if you bring your crate for her for the few hours you might be away. It'd sort of like you were at work or running an errand and had to crate her.
